Recertification

Overview

Applicants who previously received a rental payment and remain in good standing with the program were able to recertify their need for rental assistance and receive up to an additional three months of rental payments.

Please note: Utilities are not eligible for Recertification. No additional utility payments will be issued under the Recertification program.

The program is actively working through all Recertification tickets. Be prepared that the processing of your Recertification Ticket may take a minimum of three weeks before your request is approved payments. You may check your application status at any time by logging into the application portal at https://lastaterent-portal.com/login.
